Application for Enrolment - Online Forms

We are now accepting online enrolments up to 2030.

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Holy Cross, Wooloowin. Please find the link below to your child's online application for enrolment.  ​You will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form.

​If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student, when the form is completed, an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.​

 To lodge an application for your child, please remember to:​
  • submit a fully completed Application for Enrolment (via the Online Enrolment Form link above)
  • email a photocopy of your child's Birth Certificate to the school 
  • email a photocopy of your child's Baptismal Certificate (if applicable) to the school
  • email a photocopy of most recent school report (if applicable) to the school
  • $55 non-refundable enrolment application fee (details at the end of online enrolment application)

After lodging an Application for Enrolment, the application will be processed and then parents will be contacted to arrange an enrolment interview.  It is important that your child or children who are enrolling attend this interview.

Enrolments happen across the year as well as an intake at the beginning of each new school year. These placements are offered if they become available. An interview and school tour will be conducted with the families and prospective student/s.

Prep Enrolments​

First Round interviews for Prep are conducted by the Leadership Team early in the year prior, from the March onwards.  Subject to vacancies, the second round of interviews will be conducted during Term 3. At these interviews, the parents/guardians of the child/ren attend the interview with their child/ren and a tour of the school can be conducted.

Offers for first round placements will be given / sent out to families as soon as possible after interviews. A Confirmation of Enrolment form is required to be completed by families with a request for payment of $300 to confirm the enrolment. This payment will be deducted from Term 1 school fees in the year your child/ren start school.

Placements will be offered according to the Priority Order after each round of interviews has been conducted.  We encourage families to apply for enrolment for their child by the end of March in the year prior to commencement.
