Assessment of children’s knowledge and effort is done on a progressive basis. Parent Teacher interviews are held during each semester. Formal reports are issued at the end of each semester. We regard these as a vital part of the school program. A Parent Teacher information evening for each class is held in first term and these will give teachers an opportunity to discuss with parents the nature of the subjects their children are studying, the teaching methods used and expectations for the year. Parents are welcome to contact teachers to make an appointment to discuss their child's work at any time.

Booked (formerly Parent Teacher Online) is a web-based tool used at Holy Cross Primary School, Wooloowin for parents to login and make bookings for Parent Teacher interviews.
Parents can access Booked via a secure link in the BCE Connect app.
